OUR MISSION

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) has always been a collective effort. It takes dedicated caretakers, feeders, volunteer trappers, transporters, and affordable spay/neuter clinics all working together to make a lasting difference.

Our mission is simple: to humanely reduce homeless cat populations through trapping, spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and community education. By doing so, we improve the lives of community cats while creating healthier, more compassionate neighborhoods.

Education and advocacy are at the heart of what we do. We are committed to teaching people about the benefits of TNR and advocating for the welfare of community cats. Our immediate goals:

1. To build a lending library of humane traps so that anyone willing to learn can safely and effectively participate in TNR.

2. To educate communities while training and recruiting more trappers to support humane community cat management. We believe lasting change happens when neighbors work together to improve their communities—street by street, block by block. To make this possible, we will bring hands-on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) training and educational programs directly into the neighborhoods where they are needed most, empowering local residents with the knowledge and skills to create sustainable solutions.

Looking ahead, our long-term goals are:

1. To raise the funds necessary to make spay and neuter surgeries more accessible, reducing the reliance on limited appointment availability and provide medical care for injured and sick community cats.

2. To ensure trappers, caretakers and feeders have the resources and support they need to continue their invaluable work by partnering with companies and local organizations.

3. To establish a centralized database of trappers and volunteers that ensures timely and efficient responses to TNR requests.

4. To empower volunteers to report colony data, identify high-priority cat colonies, and work alongside other TNR organizations to improve outcomes for community cats.

5.  To advocate for increased public funding for affordable and accessible spay/neuter programs, recognizing TNR as an essential community service that benefits residents, neighborhoods, animal welfare, and local governments.

Our focus is, and always will be, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). While we are not a rescue organization, we deeply value the incredible work of our local rescue partners. We will collaborate closely with these organizations to help friendly stray cats and kittens find loving homes, while we remain dedicated to reducing community cat populations through effective, humane TNR efforts. By staying focused on our mission and working alongside our rescue partners, we can make the greatest impact together.
